Thunderstorms

Thunderstorms

Thunderstorms are loud

Thunderstorms are bright

In fact so bright

I cannot sleep all night.

Thunderstorms have heavy rain

Thunderstorms have lightning strikes

So strong they are tonight

Seems we have to cancel our hike.

Though thunderstorms are scary

All throughout the night

Sometimes its just better to sit at home and write.
